PCD material is called Polycrystalline diamond, is a kind of superhard material, sintered at a high temperature of 1400℃ and high pressure of 6GPa. It is a very good cutting material for non-ferrous, non-metal and composite material machining.

- TCD100 grade suitable for aluminum alloy (Si<13%) and non-metal finishing turning, wood plank cutting off.
