The PCD grade TCD 300 is a mixed particle size diamond material with 2-30um particle size, manufactured by high temperature and high pressure technology, which has excellent wear resistance, toughness and blade quality. It is specially designed for aluminum alloy (Si>13%),  MMC material ( metal-matrix composite) based aluminum, sintered ceramic and rocks machining.
