CBN(Cubic Boron Nitride) grade TB400 is specially designed by ToolingBox (Beijing) Industrial Technology Co., Ltd for alloyed cast iron and alloy cast steel, 

such as High chromium&chilled cast iron, rollers etc, with 50-70% pure PCBN content (2-4um particle size) in a metallic based binder which greatly helps in dissipating heat.


CNMG1204 type solid CBN insert is full CBN with hole in center, if the machining stock is more than 1mm when machining cast iron material, the solid CBN type is much stronger than brazed type.
