• ISO type CCGW0903/CCGW1204 PCD Insert： 80° diamond shape with thickness 3.97mm( 0.156in) and 4.76mm(3/16in).
• Single tipped PCD cutting edge
• TCD 300 grade suitable for aluminum alloy (Si>13%), MMC material ( metal-matrix composite) based aluminum, sintered ceramic and rocks.

The turning insert is tipped a PCD layer on one corner of the insert, it's a very good way to achieve high precision cutting with an economical cost saving. The PCD grade TCD 300 is a mixed particle size diamond material with 2-30um particle size, manufactured by high temperature and high pressure technology, which has excellent wear resistance, toughness and blade quality. It is specially designed for aluminum alloy (Si>13%),  MMC material ( metal-matrix composite) based aluminum, sintered ceramic and rocks machining.
