The TC10 Series solid carbide saws are designed for non-ferrous materials, such as aluminum, copper, brass ,wood, composites and plastics. The tooth form with face of this series slotting saws is similar DIN 1837/1838. The saws are ground with ultra-precision tolerances to the below standard:

• Thickness tolerances: +/- 0.01mm, special customized +/- 0.005mm;

• the tolerance of outer dia: +/- 0.05mm;

• the tolerance of inter dia: +0.01- 0.02mm;

• Runout of outer diameter: 0.03mm

• Surface of saw:  mirror
