Laminated CBN Inserts consist of a full layer of PCBN composite sheet bonded to a carbide substrate, normally are used for cast iron cylinder head and block surfacing. The PCBN composite sheet grade TBN100 is the top grades for finish machining of grey cast iron. we recommend this grade which comes as CBN full face laminated insert for highly demanding roughing and finishing.
